For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "198jl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operating entity behind the 198jl platform, accessible at https://198jl.cam, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" refers to the 198jl website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated digital services accessible through https://198jl.cam.
• "Player," "User," "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 198jl Platform or otherwise accesses any portion of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the 198jl Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held within a Player's 198jl Account, funded through accepted payment methods.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by 198jl.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, required under PAGCOR regulations and 198jl's internal compliance framework.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body licensing 198jl's gaming operations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet through before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the Player using personal funds, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

By accessing the 198jl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the 198jl Privacy Policy, the Bonus Terms applicable to any promotion you participate in, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the 198jl Platform in any capacity involving real-money play. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR as the minimum legal age for online casino and sports betting participation in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The 198jl Platform is operated and licensed for Philippine players under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 198jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 198jl Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether through different email addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 198jl uses technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts may be suspended and Bonus Funds forfeited.

3.5 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, Players are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys National ID, or equivalent. 198jl may require additional documents including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. 198jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify 198jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. 198jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Accurate Account Information

You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your 198jl Account at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address or payment method details — you must update them promptly. 198jl may require re-verification of identity if significant Account details are changed.

4.4 Personal Use Only

Your 198jl Account is for your personal and recreational use only. You may not use your Account for commercial purposes, on behalf of any other person, or as part of any gambling-related business, syndicate, or professional betting operation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

198jl currently accepts deposits and, where applicable, withdrawal payments via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 198jl does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take between one and three hours to reflect in your 198jl Wallet, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies across all accepted payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed by 198jl:

• Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• Any active Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the chosen payment method.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to GCash for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. 198jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

198jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. All transactions are monitored. 198jl reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that triggers compliance review, and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 198jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions contained in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., 15x means the Bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in total). Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots, for example.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

198jl reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. 198jl may withhold or revoke any Bonus if there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without further notice.

6.5 Withdrawal Priority

Unless otherwise stated, 198jl will apply withdrawals first against Real Money Funds in the Player's Wallet. Bonus Funds and winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions are met.

7.1 Game Rules

All games available on the 198jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. 198jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 RNG Certification

All 198jl casino games that use Random Number Generators (RNG) — including slots, table game simulations, and video poker — are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This certification ensures the statistical fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes. Neither the Player nor 198jl can influence RNG-determined outcomes.

7.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games on the 198jl Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The results of live games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a controlled studio environment and are not subject to RNG. Video feed quality is dependent on the Player's internet connection; 198jl is not liable for disconnection from live games due to network issues on the Player's end.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets and odds are provided and managed by licensed third-party sportsbook operators integrated into the 198jl Platform. All pre-match and in-play bets are subject to the rules of the applicable sport and the specific betting market rules. In the event of a disputed outcome, the ruling of the relevant official sports governing body shall be determinative.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on the 198jl Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may vary by game, table, or market. 198jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7.6 System Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round or bet, 198jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. 198jl will not be liable for any winnings generated from a game round or bet determined to have been affected by a technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 198jl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Creating or using more than one Account on the 198jl Platform.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not be achievable through normal play.
• Colluding with other Players or with any 198jl employee to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or sports integrity violations in connection with sports betting markets on the Platform.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to any restriction imposed by PAGCOR or any other gaming authority.
• Permitting any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by 198jl.

All content on the 198jl Platform — including but not limited to the 198jl name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, databases, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of 198jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 198jl Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 198jl Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game technology used on the Platform.
• Use the 198jl brand name, logo, or any other identifying mark in any commercial context without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 198jl intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 198jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet shall not exceed the net Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

198jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information obtained from third-party sources in connection with betting decisions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account that results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 198jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

198jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, 198jl provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account settings panel. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will log them out automatically.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary suspension (14 days, 30 days, or 6 months) or permanent closure of their Account by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Automated notifications reminding Players of the time and amount spent during active gaming sessions are available via Account settings.

12.1 Suspension by 198jl

198jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, detection of prohibited conduct, or at the direction of PAGCOR or other competent authority.

12.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon Account suspension, access to the Platform will be restricted. Pending bets placed before the suspension event will generally be settled according to their outcome and the applicable rules. However, where suspension arises from confirmed prohibited conduct, 198jl reserves the right to void bets and forfeit Account balances. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be subject to enhanced review before processing.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of final compliance checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

198jl's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the 198jl Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 198jl, the Player should first contact the 198jl Customer Support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. 198jl aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to reach a resolution within 14 working days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the Player and 198jl, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. 198jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

14.4 Jurisdiction

Both 198jl and the Player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process described above.
